Orders are usually processed within 1 – 2 working days. Once your order has beendispatched, delivery typically takes 3 – 8 working days depending on your location and the delivery service available at checkout.
You will receive an order confirmation by email after completing your purchase. When tracking is available, you will also receive tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
We offer free shipping on all products. Any additional delivery information will be shown clearly at checkout before you complete your order.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to feel confident when shopping with DynoraTech.
If you change your mind, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.
Items should be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging and accessories whenever possible.
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review your case and help you with the next steps.
